Mineral:Sphalerite var. Ruby-blende
Locality:Tri-State Lead Mining District, Treece, Kansas
Description:Translucent red-brown crystals of sphalerite up to 10 mm on chert matrix with scattered white dolomite crystals up to 4 mm. The sphalerite is all highly translucent and looks beautiful when illuminated from the side.
Overall Size:5x5x4 cm
