Locality:Crystal #1 Mine, Cave-in-Rock District, Hardin County, Illinois
Description:Large cluster of bladed barite crystals completely covering purple fluorite matrix. The barite crystals are clean, lustrous and have bluish zones. Fully crystallized on all sides. Acquired from Scott Williams in 1956. Ex. Dr. Eugene E. Sensel (1911-2000) collection #R331
