Mineral:Diamond (1.23 carat macle, twinned crystal)
Locality:Northern Cape Province, South Africa
Description:Triangular crystal of natural diamond with medium gray color. The triangular shape is due to twinning on a plane parallel to the octahedral faces. The surface has many irregular crystalline pockets giving a pitted appearance.
Overall Size:7x6x3 mm
