Locality:Tormiq area, northwest of Skardu, Haramosh Mountains, Baltistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan
Description:Exceptionally large crystals of hydroxylapatite on fine-grained muscovite matrix. The hydroxylapatite crystals are six-sided, tabular shape with secondary faces in the corners. The rear is partly incomplete. Hard to photograph, must be seen in person. Ex. Dr. Eugene E. Sensel (1911-2000) collection #M1164
