Description:Many translucent crystals of yellow-brown cassiterite on matrix. The cassiterite crystals are remarkable transparent for this mineral (usually opaque). Scattered damage visible under magnification. A classic. Ex. Dr. Eugene E. Sensel (1911-2000) collection #M246
