Locality:Mashamba West Mine, 13 km west of Kolwezi, Katanga Copperbelt, Lualaba Province, Democratic Republic of the Congo
Description:Several complex crystals of dark-red cuprite in bright blue-green chrysocolla matrix. The cuprite crystals have a complex form, not simple octahedrons, and have surface pitting filled with chrysocolla. All crystals appear to be complete and undamaged.
