Locality:Mashamba West Mine, 13 km west of Kolwezi, Katanga Copperbelt, Lualaba Province, Democratic Republic of the Congo
Description:Several crystals of translucent, red cuprite on bright blue-green chrysocolla matrix. The cuprite crystals have a complex form of parallel octahedrons. All crystals appear to be complete and undamaged.
