Mineral:Calcite on Calcite with Butterfly-Twinned Crystals
Locality:Santa Eulalia District, Aquiles Serdán, Chihuahua, Mexico
Description:Two generations of calcite with minor limonite overgrowth with two butterfly-twinned crystals visible (maybe more). The first generation are up to 2 cm chocolate-brown crystals; the second generation is translucent, yellow calcite.
Overall Size:9x7x5 cm
Crystals:5-20 mm
