Locality:Tri-State Lead-Zinc Mining District, near Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri
Description:Large plate covered with dark sphalerite crystals up to 5 cm and pink-white dolomite crystals up to 6 mm. Scattered throughout are etched, gray galena crystals. Brassy chalcopyrite crystals up to 1 mm are overgrown on the sphalerite. Huge specimen!
