Mineral:Vanadinite pseudomorphs after Wulfenite
Locality:Rowley Mine, near Theba, Maricopa County, Arizona
Description:Lustrous translucent orange-brown vanadinite pseudomorphs after bladed wulfenite crystals to 12 mm on gray matrix mounted in a Perky box for protection. Thin wulfenite crystals formed first, then were overgrown with vanadinite in flat, platy epimorphs. Collected ca. 1980
