Locality:Baltic Sea, near Gdansk, Poland
Description:Rounded specimen of transparent amber (fossilized tree resin) with smooth surfaces. The outer surface is crazed. The amber is very light and almost floats in water. It is found on the beaches of the Baltic Sea where it washes ashore from marine deposits.
