Description:Doubly-terminated crystal of corundum first acquired in 1927. The label optimistically calls this a ruby, but the pink color must be buried inside, because it looks gray on the ends. Ex. A. Lincoln Sherk II, MD. (1896-1970); ex. Dr. J. B. S. Egee (?-1930)
