Mineral:Diamond (1.52 carat macle, twinned crystal)
Locality:Kolmanskappe, Namibia
Description:Triangular crystal of sherry-colored, natural diamond. The triangular shape is due to twinning on a plane parallel to the octahedral faces (Spinel-law twin), commonly referred to as a Macle. Transparent interior shows graphite inclusions.
Overall Size:6x6x4 mm
