Locality:Tri-State Lead-Zinc Mining District, near Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri
Description:Dolostone matrix covered on one side with transparent, red-brown sphalerite crystals. Though areas are damaged, the translucency of these crystals are exceptional and look beautiful under magnification. Ex. A. Lincoln Sherk II, MD. (1896-1970)
