Locality:Dawson Arkose formation, Colorado
Description:Translucent specimen of amber to red-brown petrified wood. The original banded formation of the wood has been replaced by chalcedony quartz. Good color for Colorado petrified wood. Ex. A. Lincoln Sherk II, MD. (1896-1970)
