Locality:Case Quarry, northeast of Portland, Middlesex County, Connecticut
Description:Tapering crystal of blue-green beryl with white albite at one end. The crystal tapered from the cool contact of the pegmatite into the hotter intermediate zone. Restored with the glue line visible on the rear.
