Locality:Shigar Valley, Skardu District, Baltistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan
Description:Gemmy crystal of greenish apatite 31 mm across intergrown with muscovite and schorl crystals with few imperfections. Fluoresces yellow under UV illumination. See a specimen from the same find on the cover of March-April 2000 Mineralogical Record.
