Locality:Keweenaw Peninsula Copper District, Michigan
Description:Elongated specimen of sharp, well defined copper crystals. Many of the crystals exhibit twinning on the (111) plane following the Spinel-law and resulting in complex crystal form. Remnants of old museum number are visible on one side.
