Locality:Volta Grande, Santa Catarina, Brazil
Description:Huge specimen of blocky green apophyllite crystals up to 4 cm with red-brown heulandite crystals up to 14 mm. The heulandite color give a look of limonite staining, but is actually the inherent color. Bottom sawn flat. Ex. Dr. Eugene E. Sensel (1911-2000) collection #B690
