Locality: | Belvidere Mountain Quarries, Lowell (commonly called Eden Mills), Orleans County, Vermont |
Description: | Rich cluster of red-brown grossular garnet crystals up to 14 mm with green diopside crystals up to 8 mm. The grossular garnet crystals are exceptionally well crystallized: lustrous, transparent and large for the locality. |
