Locality:Oetztal, Tirol, Austria
Description:Three intergrown crystals of red-brown almandine garnet up to 34 mm on greenish schist matrix. Two of the crystals are rotational twins. The almandine garnet is translucent (visible when illuminated from the side). One corner is chipped (hard to see).
Overall Size:6x4x4 cm
Crystals:20-34 mm
