Mineral:Witherite with Fluorite and Sphalerite
Locality:Cave-in-Rock District, Hardin County, Illinois
Description:Heavy cluster of translucent witherite with minor purple fluorite and brown sphalerite. The witherite is crystallized, but the main value of this specimen is because the witherite fluoresces brightly under UV illumination. Old collection #3035
