Mineral:Realgar and Calcite
Locality:Shimen, Hunan, China
Description:Bright red crystals of realgar up to 4 mm with a pair of large twinned crystals of transparent calcite up to 45 mm with many smaller calcite crystals. Yellow orpiment is visible inside the calcite. The realgar on the rear is deep red (no alteration).
