Locality: | San Francisco Mine, Cerro Prieto, near Cucurpe, Sonora, Mexico |
Description: | Thin transparent wulfenite crystals up to 28 mm (the largest single crystal of any specimens I was able to obtain from this find) with small yellow mimetite crystals in hemispheres up to 2 mm diameter. Scattered damage. See Min. Record Nov.-Dec. 2004. Mined in 1994 by Ed Swoboda |
