Description:Unusual specimen of transparent colorless calcite crystals growing out off both sides of a thin plate in the center (resembles Faden-growth quartz) fully crystallized on all surfaces with no point of attachment - a floater formation. Ex. Gil Griffin #6.458, originally acquired in 1976
