Description:Repaired crystal of watermelon tourmaline (pink rubellite core surrounded by green outer rind) with old labels dating to the 1890s. The price back then was $1.25 - a big price for a mineral at the time. One end shows cleavage faces (rare). Ex. A. Lincoln Sherk II, MD. (1896-1970)
