Description: | Large pale-blue tapering hexagonal corundum, variety sapphire crystal with rounded edges due to alluvial wear. Found in the gem gravels of the Wey Ganga River in the world famous gem area of Pelmadulla and Ratnapura. Rare for its size. Ex. John A.
