Description:Large black octahedral spinel crystals partially intergrown with milky quartz matrix. The two parallel crystals visible from the front have a single common face on the rear 50 cm across. No significant damage. Ex. John A. Rorer, Jr. collection #128; Ex. Dr. Rorer's collection.
