|Description:||Twinned crystals of black columbite-(Fe) with no matrix attached. The crystal is sharp, with smooth crystal faces. The crystals are twinned on the  plane, clearly visible running through the center. An excellent specimen with few imperfections. Ex. John A. Rorer, Jr. collection #135; Collected on a UVA Geology field trip in May 1949.|
