Mineral:Orthoclase var. Adularia with Chlorite and Titanite
Locality:Kreuziltal, Val Tavetsch, Grischun (GraubŁnden), Switzerland
Description:Colorless orthoclase, variety adularia crystals up to 10 mm coated with green chlorite microcrystals with a few yellow-green titanite, variety sphene crystals nestled in the crevices. One sphene crystal is complete, others are damaged. Ex. John A. Rorer, Jr. collection #226; Dr. Rorer purchased this while in France 1952.
