Description:Vivid purple amethyst quartz crystals lining a concave plate. The quartz crystals are lustrous and transparent. Minor damage is visible under magnification, but the intense color makes this a beauty. Ex. John A. Rorer, Jr. collection #282; Purchased from Ward's in February 1953.
