Mineral:Harmotome on Calcite
Locality:Bellsgrove Mine, Strontian, Loch Sunart, Highland (formerly Argyll), Scotland
Description:Many lustrous white harmotome crystals covering top and side on banded calcite matrix (fluoresces under UV illumination). The harmotome crystals are bright white, partially translucent, with glassy crystal faces. A few crystals are incomplete.
