Locality: | Rose Quartz Locality, Plumbago Mountain, Oxford County, Maine |
Description: | Muscovite and albite matrix with a cavity lined with pink crystals of rose quartz. This locality is one of the few locations in the world that produce crystals of rose quartz. Has not been cleaned in acid and still has all associated phosphates present. Collected in June 1969 by Cliff Trebilcock |
