Description: | Plate of yellow metallic pyrite crystals with a sooty gray coating on some crystals. The coating only is on octahedral faces, not on the dodecahedral edge faces, indicating it might be an epitaxial overgrowth. Scattered damage. Ex. Ned Reynolds (1923 - 2005) |
