Locality:Tormiq area, northwest of Skardu, Haramosh Mountains, Baltistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan
Description:Lustrous dark green-brown epidote crystals with chisel-shaped termination and glassy crystal surfaces. When strong illuminated, the crystals show internal transparency and green-to-brown dichroism. Edges are rough where other crystals were attached.
