Description:Sparkling purple amethyst quartz crystals on greenish basalt matrix. This old specimen is a good example of amethyst from this prolific zeolite locality. All crystals on the upper portion are complete and undamaged. Ex. John A. Manley (1861-1936) ca. 1890s
