Locality:Central Highland Belt, near Ratnapura, Sri Lanka
Description:Large doubly-terminated crystal of blue sapphire variety of corundum. The crystal has lustrous crystal faces, medium blue color and is internally transparent. One corner on the rear has a small chip.
