Mineral:Topaz with Hyalite Opal
Locality:Tepetates, San Luis Potosi, Mexico
Description:Single red-brown topaz crystal with simple basal pinacoid termination and a colorless crystallized mass of hyalite opal on one edge. The hyalite fluoresces bright green under UV illumination. The red color is due to hematite inclusions.
