Locality:Upper New Street Quarry, Paterson, Passaic County, New Jersey
Description:Milky quartz epimorphs after anhydrite crystals up to 50 mm. The anhydrite formed first, then the quartz grew on top, when the anhydrite dissolved, the quartz retained the shape. An excellent specimen of this formation. ex. J. Cilen (1916-1997) #20130
