Locality:Zacatecas, Mexico
Description:Translucent red-orange calcite crystals on an earlier generation of brown calcite (or possibly gypsum) crystals. The bright coloration is due to manganese and iron oxide impurities. No damage.
Overall Size:5.5x4x3 cm
Crystals:2-6 mm
