Mineral:Calcite on Quartz pseudomorph after Danburite
Locality:Charcas District, San Luis Potosi, Mexico
Description:White quartz pseudomorphs after danburite crystals up to 40 mm long. The danburite formed first, was coated with quartz microcrystals, then the danburite dissolved leaving a hollow pseudomorph.
