Mineral:Fluorapatite with Muscovite and Quartz
Locality:Harvard Quarry, Noyes Mountain, Greenwood, Oxford County, Maine
Description:Large complex cluster 30 mm across of lustrous purple apatite crystals (large for this locality) intergrown with greenish muscovite and quartz crystals. The apatite crystals are hard to photograph and must be seen in person to be appreciated.
Overall Size:9x6x5 cm
