Description: | Two intersecting dark green epidote crystals up to 32 mm long with scattered colorless quartz crystals up to 14 mm. One corner is chipped. The old labels date it to the original 1900 find by Ferguson, predating the famous 1935 Smithsonian expedition. Ex. Steve Chamberlain collection #12791; ex. Behnke; ex. Caswell; ex. Ferrier in 1907 |
