Locality:Elmwood Mine, Carthage, Smith County, Tennessee
Description:Highly lustrous red-brown sphalerite crystals up to 22 mm with overgrowth on one side of transparent pale-yellow scalenohedral calcite crystals up to 5 mm long. With strong illumination the sphalerite shows internal translucency.
