Mineral:Quartz var. Smoky-Amethyst Scepter
Locality:Crystal Park, Beaverhead County, Montana
Description:Doubly-terminated scepter-shaped formation of transparent quartz. The stem is smoky quartz. The cap is milky to pale-pink amethyst quartz with multiple terminations. A cluster of other crystals ring the base. A unique formation.
