Description:Many sharp, well-defined acanthite pseudomorphs after argentite scattered over one face of matrix. The acanthite crystals are octahedral form with varying development of cubic faces. Formed as argentite (stable >173° C) and alters to acanthite <173° C. Ex. H. Clinton; ex. Calvert collection
