Locality:Davis Mine, Minpro, Mitchell County, North Carolina
Description:Dark red almandine garnet crystals up to 8 mm on white albite with dark muscovite mica crystals to 9 mm. Several crystals are missing, but the largest is complete and nicely located on the front. Collected September 24, 1949
