Locality:Terlingua District, Brewster County, Texas
Description:Cleavage of pink calcite that fluoresces bright white under UV illumination. When the UV illumination is extinguished, the calcite continues to phosphoresce for a long period. The effect is strongest where the pink color is deepest.
