Mineral:Barite on Quartz
Locality:Lushi, Hunan Province, China
Description:Elongated plate of gray quartz crystals up to 5 mm thick with large, blocky barite crystals up to 45 mm. The barite crystals are a lustrous golden brown color and the crystals are grouped in parallel orientation. A few crystal corners are chipped.
