Mineral:Albite with Quartz
Locality:Paterson, Passaic County, New Jersey
Description:Thin transparent colorless albite crystals up to 2 mm mixed with colorless quartz crystals up to 1 mm. The albite crystals are triangular, platy form and look beautiful under magnification. A good specimen for feldspar collectors. Ex. Academy of Natural Sciences of Philadelphia collection 9035, collected by Sam Gordon (1897-1952) in 1917
